Darren Bamforth BSc FCA

Darren graduated from the University of Bradford with a degree in Business Studies. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with accountancy firm KPMG becoming a Senior Manager in 1998. During his career at KPMG, Darren was responsible for managing a portfolio of audit and accountancy clients. Between 1999 and 2002, Darren headed a specialist financial modelling team for KPMG's northern practice - a team which he had developed to undertake financial modelling services for corporate finance and transaction support projects. In 2002, he left KPMG to establish his own accountancy and consultancy practice - a practice which has been successfully growing year on year.

Matt Walker BSc ACA
Chartered Accountant

Matt graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Economics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1999 becoming a manager in 2001. During his time at KPMG Matt was involved in the audits of a wide range of clients from small owner managed businesses to PLC's. He spent time with the Transaction Services department working on a number of vendor due diligence projects and a large public to private transaction. From 2000 Matt worked with Darren to develop a financial modelling team working on a variety of financial modelling projects.
